In the course of the catching-up process of recent years, Vietnam offers many opportunities. Vietnam is positioning itself at the center of the global economy and has signed free trade agreements with 60 countries, including the European Union. Due to increasing uncertainties in China and favorable conditions in the areas of law, HR, and geography, the country is becoming an attractive sourcing and investment location (e.g. automotive, metal processing, electronics). The growing middle class and the growing economy are also making Vietnam more important as a sales market (e.g. mechanical engineering, chemical products, consumer goods). Products "Made in Germany" enjoy a very good reputation in this country and are correspondingly popular.
