Connecting Vietnam and the EU: The first charter flight from Frankfurt to Vietnam_30.07.2020

The Delegation of German Industry and Commerce in Vietnam (AHK Vietnam), in collaboration with the German Business Association in Vietnam (GBA) and the German Embassy in Hanoi, have successfully organized a charter flight to bring totally 220 diplomats, investors, entrepreneurs, experts and relatives from 15 countries in the European Union to return to Vietnam on 30th of July.  This was the first charter flight organized by AHK Vietnam, GBA and the German Embassy in Vietnam in association with Bamboo Airways of Vietnam.

We would like to express our sincere thanks to the Vietnamese Government, involved ministries, state agencies and the people committee of Hanoi and HCMC as well as our partners and counterparts for facilitating and actively supporting us to make a successful flight.  

Successful organization of the charter flight bringing diplomats, entrepreneurs, experts and their relatives from the EU to Vietnam will promote investment and business activities as well as contribute to the successful achievement of the dual objectives: promoting socio-economic development and effectively preventing epidemic in the “new normal” condition of Vietnam.
