The Incubator is accommodated in Deutsches Haus Ho Chi Minh City - “German House Ho Chi Minh City”. It is one of the most modern and most energy-efficient office buildings in the South of Ho Chi Minh City – Vietnam’s business metropolis. The Deutsches Haus Ho Chi Minh City is located in Le Duan Boulevard, right in the heart of district 1, the city’s central business district.
In that sense, it is an excellent starting point for your business activities in Vietnam.
Our services
Work space
The incubator provides 346 sqm of space for different office concepts in one location. Besides flexible workplaces and desks in a “Shared-Office”, you can also use single offices of 7 to 28 sqm as a member. The workplaces follow the concept “Plug and Play”; you only need a laptop or computer to get started. A reception staff, a kitchen as well as print, scan and copy machines are available.
Meeting rooms
Invite your guests to meetings in one of the most prestigious office buildings in Ho Chi Minh City. The incubator leaves you the choice of renting a room of 8sqm or 20sqm. For the case of larger meetings, there is still a room of 28sqm.
Workshops
We regularly organize “Mentoring-Workshops” concerning diverse aspects of your activities in Vietnam. As a member you are very welcome to participate and turn your new knowledge into a successful activity in Vietnam.
Networking
Many well-known companies have found their new home in the Incubator. Additionally, the Deutsches Haus Ho Chi Minh City provides connections to German institutions, such as the Consulate General, the German Industry and Commerce Vietnam and important German investors, such as Bosch or Adidas. Particularly, as a newcomer you may benefit from connected contacts due to the Incubator-membership.
