AdA – Train the Trainer Program
Strengthen your internal training capabilities with an internationally recognized certification based on the German AEVO standard. This practice‑oriented, in‑person program in Ho Chi Minh City equips participants with modern didactic methods, structured training concepts, and effective facilitation, assessment, and feedback techniques. Upon successful completion, participants receive a DIHK certificate issued by AHK Vietnam – a recognized quality mark for professional in‑company training and vocational education aligned with German standards.

The Senior Expert Service (SES) is Germany’s largest secondment organization for retired specialists, executives, or professionals taking a career break. It is supported by the leading associations of German industry and funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
Know-how Made in Germany
Since 1983, SES has carried out more than 70,000 international assignments and supports companies, public administrations, associations, as well as social, medical, and educational institutions worldwide. More than 14,000 experts provide cross-industry support in technical, economic, and organizational matters, as well as in professional qualification and vocational training based on the dual education system.
