The DIHK Online Sprint “Getting Started with AI – Successfully Using AI Applications in Your Company” is aimed at specialists, managers, and professionals who wish to understand the potential of artificial intelligence and apply AI tools effectively in their day-to-day work and corporate environment. The practice-oriented program provides a practical introduction to AI, including its potential and limitations, and focuses on how AI can support more efficient work processes.
Within an intensive 3-session online program, participants gain practical knowledge of AI applications in the workplace. Topics include the fundamentals of artificial intelligence, the use of ChatGPT and other AI tools, and practical prompt engineering techniques to improve the quality of AI-generated results. The program also introduces selected AI tools for different business areas, including marketing, human resources, and customer service, supported by practical exercises and live demonstrations.
In addition to theoretical input, the program focuses on practical application in the corporate context, enabling participants to explore how AI can be integrated into their own daily work and business processes. The goal is to provide participants with the knowledge and practical skills needed to use AI more effectively and identify relevant applications within their company.
Upon completion, participants receive an AHK Certificate of Participation as well as a digital AHK Badge, which can be used on social media profiles, email signatures, and other professional platforms.
