Nordrhein Westfalen (NRW) is located in the center of Europe and it becomes the most populous and the most densely populated state in Germany. The size of the market and the favorable location conditions attracts companies from all over the world to do business and invest in this region, which makes NRW the number one investment destination in Germany. More than 110 technology centers and non-university research institutes in the state have formed the most concentrated network for research in Europe, thereby,  it provides various ideal conditions for technology transfer around the world. 

Understanding those potentials, the AHK Vietnam together with Nordrhein Westfalen, BVB Dortmund and Next Media will organize an event on Opportunities for Vietnamese Businesses to invest in Nordrhein Westfalen. We would like to invite Vietnamese businesses and journalists to be a part of the event to explore the potentials of NRW as the attractive investment destination, create a direct dialogue, open more networking opportunities and increase investment between the two countries. 

Especially, this conference also welcomes the state’s legendary football club - Borussia Dortmund in Vietnam, who will confront Vietnam national team in a friendly match on November 30 at My Dinh National Stadium. The match against top German team is a great opportunity for the Vietnam national team to test its strength and it becomes even more special when this will be the last international friendly match that has the present of Coach Park Hang-seo as the head coach of the Vietnam team.
