The International Medical, Hospital and Pharmaceutical Exhibition in Ho Chi Minh City is a typical and comprehensive event in health sector held annually under the support and sponsorship of the MINISTRY OF HEALTH of Vietnam. Vinexad in cooperation with related medical and pharmaceutical associations organize in two major cities: Ho Chi Minh City (August) and Hanoi Capital City (December) under international name “VIETNAM MEDI-PHARM EXPO”.

The 20^th Vietnam Medi-Pharm Expo taking place from 11 ~ 13 August 2022 at Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC) - 799 Nguyen Van Linh, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City will welcome participation of over 260 exhibitors display products on 7,500 sqm from 20 countries and territories. Registration here >>>

Purpose: Global demand for innovative medical technology solutions continues to grow as everyone wants to live longer, healthier lives, especially amid the complicated developments of the COVID-19 pandemic. Medical devices manufactured in Germany contributes significantly to improving the quality of life and healthcare of patients worldwide.

Currently, Germany ranks second with 9.9% market share of medical devices manufacturing worldwide (after the USA). Medical devices developed and manufactured in the Federal Republic of Germany benefit from a world-class business and research environment, with significant contributions from many small and medium-sized companies. 70% of German medical devices are exported to international markets. German medical devices enterprises have always been searching, developing, and strengthening their export markets. This presentation aims to provide the audience, especially Vietnamese businesses, with general information about the German medical devices market, from which to consider promoting the exploitation of medical devices from Germany to supply the Vietnamese market.
