In light of global developments, German companies are increasingly focusing on diversifying their supply chains to minimize risks and strengthen the resilience of their production. Vietnam offers optimal conditions for this: a stable economic environment, well-developed infrastructure, and a skilled workforce make the country an attractive location for procurement and production in Asia.
As part of the workshop “Manufacturing Diversification – Made in Vietnam,” AHK Vietnam, together with leading Vietnamese industrial zones, an international law firm, and a human resources consultancy, will provide valuable insights into the opportunities and requirements for successful site diversification. In addition to sourcing, the focus will be particularly on investments in local production capacities.
