The AdA (Ausbildung der Ausbilder) – Train the Trainer Program is aimed at specialists and managers, trainers, and HR professionals who wish to professionalize and sustainably strengthen their company’s training and development. The program is based on the German AEVO standards (Trainer Aptitude Regulation) and teaches practical didactic and methodological skills for effective learning in organizations.
Within an intensive 5-day in-person program in Ho Chi Minh City, participants gain in-depth knowledge of modern training and learning concepts. Topics include systematic planning and structuring of training activities, the use of interactive moderation and presentation methods, as well as the application of suitable evaluation and feedback tools in a business setting. Instruction takes place in a bilingual learning environment (Vietnamese & English) and enables practical exchange in internationally mixed groups.
In addition to professional input, the program provides space for networking and sharing experiences with trainers and company representatives from various industries. The goal is to strategically expand internal training capacities and ensure the long-term quality of company training and development.
Upon successful completion, participants receive a certificate from the DIHK in cooperation with AHK Vietnam. This certificate confirms qualification as a professional trainer according to German standards and is internationally recognized.
