The growing shortage of skilled labor poses major challenges for companies and institutions in Germany. With its young, well-educated, and highly motivated workforce, Vietnam offers significant potential for sustainable international talent recruitment.
Against this backdrop, AHK Vietnam is organizing the “Talents” Delegation Trip to Vietnam from September 21 to 26, 2026. The trip is aimed at German companies, chambers, associations, agencies, and other organizations that are strategically engaged in the recruitment and development of international talent.

The delegation trip provides participants with a structured and practice-oriented insight into Vietnam’s talent and education market. Through carefully selected program elements, institutional visits, and direct exchanges with skilled professionals, trainees, and key local stakeholders, participants gain a solid basis for developing sustainable HR and location strategies.

The delegation trip will take place in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City and includes, among others:
- Briefings by the Embassy, AHK Vietnam, Goethe-Institut, and GTAI
- Visits to vocational schools, universities, and AHK training partners
- Conference featuring presentations and matchmaking formats
- Exchanges with Vietnamese authorities and associations
- Small-group visits focusing on specific occupational fields
- German Talent Biz / Career Day with meet-and-match formats for skilled professionals and trainees
Participation Fee
- EUR 3,500 per company (incl. VAT)
- EUR 300 for each additional participant per company (incl. VAT)
Early Bird Offer:
Registrations received by 30 April 2026 benefit from a reduced fee of EUR 3,300 (5% discount).
Minimum number of participants: 10 companies
Included services:
- Coordination and program preparation by AHK Vietnam

Not included:
- International flights and domestic flights (Hanoi – Ho Chi Minh City)
